Potential Merge with Kings of Arda

So what would be the structure of DIAS after the merge? Would we still retain the DIAS name? I am not quite sure how this all would work. I am not questioning the leadership in any way, just curious.

We would still be DIAS, an everythin' would be the same. The difference is that we would have more kind an' givin' folk in the kin. Our number o' members would increase.

Healonu will be an officer so she can meet the needs of her kin that will be joinin us. That way she can invite em into the kin or handle any other problems that way. We will look to her to help manage the new members until they, as well as us, are more comfortable with everyone.

Thank you for the response Broonor. I spoke with RT and Phin last night and they gave me some great information on what is going on. I am all for it. I just didn't want to voice an opinion until I heard what the officers had to say.

I can't wait, it should be great to have more people with a similar play style!

Broonor - I think I like the idea of this. I believe that if you say they're a great friendly kin like us, then, well - they must be a great friendly kin like us! I think it would be a good move to get some new members, and some good times. :)

The poll will last until March 25th, ye have about a week to get yer say in on the poll.

Aye need ye all to be honest with yerself, me, an' yer kin. If'in yer not comfortable, ye can come to me, Phinidon, Luteus (Risingtide), or any other officer yer most comfortable with to discuss anything about this.

I would like to take this opportunity to express what a pleasure, honor, and a downright rare find I feel DIAS is! I have always prided myself and my family on what is right. I love to give, (have difficulty recieving), I love to help, and generally love to play LOTRO with a positive attitude. It seems that I was blessed with a great group of people in Kings Of Arda who also have embraced these values.

I was very touched and in awe of your family-type atmosphere in DIAS when I came to check out your site, and count myself lucky to have this opportunity to combine good-hearts, good-times and two good kinships! My members consist of various levels of 28 members and alts.

Tho, I don't WANT to be an officer, I will gladly take on the role as I'm very confident my members will be happy with you all, and that you will be happy with them! :)
